As I listen to your podcasts over and over I’m not sure that my words can express the gratitude of comfort and wisdom I hear through your words. Until very recently in attempting to research estrangement did I come across your podcasts. To hear and understand your estranged experiences has brought me hope and a relief that another person “gets” me. Although I have sought out counseling from the beginning of the estrangement and currently at present, no one has given me the words to begin to heal my heart in the way you have. I believe that until another person has walked in the same brand of shoes they can not relate on a deep level of understanding and be able to offer the kind of support needed.

Even though I am on a quest for personal growth, I came into this workshop blind to how important validation is to every relationship I have. I wasn't aware before attending your workshop how invalidating I have been to the people closest to me. Your knowledge and expertise in imparting what validation is and what it is not has been an eye-opening experience for me. My daughter reached out & said she needed me after an especially difficult week. I cooked a large homemade dinner and delivered it to her & her friends. Then I sat and listened to her talk about her stresses. All I did was listen - just like you taught me to. When I left she hugged me and told me she loved me! It was the first time since we were estranged that she has told me she loves me! I am on Cloud 40 catrillion!!

I’ve been working with Kreed in individual coaching about 5 months and I recently attended her validation workshop (highly recommended). I truthfully, don’t know where I would be without this woman. She has shown me how to dig deep how to get curious, how to peel back the layers from within. She has helped me to heal. I still have a long way to go, but I’m sure with her guidance someday I pray reconciliation will happen for me and my ED.
